How I Will Contribute to Collective Liberation by Mid-Century
The purpose of Empathematics is to coordinate collective liberation by 2057 (or whatever mid-century year we come up with collectively).

I will contribute by:
- applying an understanding of capitalist economic happenings
- knowing what movements are working right now
- breaking down the characteristics of a liberating person
- breaking down the skillsets of a liberating person
- conflict resolution
- social deconstruction
- politicized healing (self-deconstruction and re-construction)
- awareness of micro and macro power structures, both liberating and oppressive
- cooperative organizing experience
- liberation narratives
- etc.
- spreading an understanding of micro and macro power dynamics
- spreading a rigorous visionary imagination of what’s possible in micro and macro
- using data and data visualizations to create milestones of liberation
- using liberation metrics to see how we’re getting closer
- starting with self, to community, to region, to more macro
- cutting people off who are not actively trying to find their role in liberation
- helping people identify and act on their liberation role
- visualizing the big picture of:
- what liberation is composed of
- what it takes to get there
- adding to the global strategy map
- setting up mature liberators with self-centered global strategy map
- applying strategic project management
- organizing my files across devices
- prototyping my way through difficult challenges
- asking for help from the right person at the right time
- reflecting every day
- reflecting every week
- improving my memory
- speed reading
- exercising
- telling people what I’m trying to do
- saying no to things that don’t immediately empower me (because I’m running out of power right now)
- applying and explaining interdependence analysis
- social design
- re-designing my personality
- when people design their liberation roles, they’re doing it with an understanding of the big picture, and how they fit into it.
- holistic and historical problems and solutions understanding
- demonstrate the holism of problems and solutions, rigorously and creatively, quantitatively and qualitatively.
